ANA Advertiser Survey

Just a quick note since I’m sure everyone has already seen it in AdWeek, but, in the event that your subscription got lost in the mail or your dog ate it, the Association of National Advertisers released the results of a survey at their conference on integrated marketing that basically says that only 30 percent of marketers believe that general advertising is the primary source of value for a marketing program.

Other interesting highlights:

  • In-game and mobile advertising were seen as the least significant
  • Most marketers said corporate environments were the biggest challenge to executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • About half of those surveyed said their agencies should be media neutral when developing an integrated marketing campaign.
